Hi — I'm the Knife Guy. I run a small, dedicated sharpening and blade repair service right here in Lewes, and I genuinely love what I do.
It started with my own kitchen knives — tired of buying cheap replacements, I decided to learn how to sharpen them properly. That curiosity turned into a passion, and what began as a weekend hobby grew into the service I run today.
I treat every blade that comes through my door with the same care I'd give my own. Whether it's a $20 kitchen knife or a $200 Japanese chef's blade, the result is the same: a clean, precise edge that makes cooking safer and more enjoyable.
